Zalijepite
Nakon uručenja i aktivacije u PBZ poslovnici odvojite Sticker karticu od veće kartice i nalijepite na mobitel.
Plaćajte
Vaša Sticker kartica spremna je za korištenje.
Prislonite
Prilonite mobilni telefon s naljepljenom Sticker karticom POS uređaju na prodajnom mjestu.
Potvrdite
Transakcije u iznosu višem od 40,00 EUR* potvrdite PIN-om**.

* Za kupnju do 40,00 EUR dovoljno je prisloniti karticu POS uređaju. Radi dodatne sigurnosti u pojedinim situacijama beskontaktnu transakciju biti će potrebno potvrditi PIN-om i za manje iznose. Kupnju iznad 40,00 EUR potrebno je dodatno potvrditi PIN-om.
** PIN za Sticker karticu istovjetan je inicijalnom PIN-u vaše Visa Inspire kartice.

Reporting a lost or stolen card:

  • by calling: 01/4891 333 0-24 with mandatory written confirmation
  • at your nearest PBZ branch.


Complaints for transactions carried out with a Sticker card can be addressed to:

A proof of payment should be submitted together with the complaint. The bank will inform you about the decision on the complaint within the legal deadline.
