What you can do with the new Remote Offer functionality:

  • submit an application for a non-purpose loan,
  • change the method of loan repayment by contracting a collection order,
  • change payment limit,
  • change personal data,
  • fill in the KYC questionnaire,
  • contract installment payment of reduced/canceled overdraft on the current account,
  • cancel/revoke the power of attorney for transaction accounts and deposits,
  • submit a request for payment of housing savings.

Now, without going to the branch office, you can contract a particular product or service or change the terms of a particular product or service that you already use.

Contact the employees of the nearest PBZ branch office or your personal banker and you will receive documents within your PBZ Digital Banking. All you need to do is to sign them online using a qualified electronic signature #withSIGN.
