PBZ digital banking

As of July 1, 2022, Privredna banka Zagreb will cease to provide the electronic banking service mPBZCOM - mobile banking for business entities.

With the termination of the mPBZCOM service, all business packages containing the mPBZCOM service are also canceled, namely: Sinergo Standard, Sinergo Plus and Sinergo Premium.

If you want to conduct your financial business with the Bank smoothly and continuously online, it is necessary to contract a new PBZ digital banking service for business entities by June 30, 2022 at the latest.

All current users of the mPBZCOM service have been enabled to contract a new PBZ digital banking for business entities and one of the new business packages:

• Sinergo Obrtnik 2.0
• Sinergo Standard 2.0,
• Sinergo Plus 2.0, i
• Sinergo Premium 2.0

The mPBZCOM service ceases to be available on July 1, 2022. If you want to conduct your financial business with the Bank smoothly and continuously online, it is necessary to contract a new PBZ digital banking service for business entities by June 30, 2022 at the latest.

Until July 1, 2022, you can contract the use of the new PBZ Digital Banking service for business entities and one of the business packages, while simultaneously agreeing to stop using all contracted electronic banking services (mPBZCOM and / or PBZCOM @ NET and / or eOffice and / or PBZCOM-SMS) and business packages (Sinergo Standard, Sinergo Plus and Sinergo Premium).

ThePBZ digital banking service for business entities was created as a result of many years of monitoring new trends and technologies in the field of online banking, combining two: mobile and application internet banking applications. The service enables the acceptance and use of banking and financial services with remote communication channels, review of account balances and transactions, implementation of payment transactions, acceptance of certification services and conclusion of contracts for banking and financial services electronically.

It is intended for business entities that have opened a transaction account in Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and they want to do their banking business faster and more conveniently, at a time that suits them best.

The service can be arranged at the nearest Sinergo desk or Online.

Prerequisites for contracting at Sinergo Desk

• it is necessary to have an active transactional business account opened in PBZ.

Prerequisites for contracting the service Online

Online contracting of digital banking is enabled if the following conditions are met:

• the end user is the only user of electronic services (PBZCOM @ NET and mPBZCOM),
• the end user is a person authorized to individually and independently represent the business entity,
• the end user is the only insured person per business package (for business package users),
• Up-to-date master data of the end user and business entity were submitted (eg: valid document, mobile phone number, KYC Questionnaire)

To use the service via the PBZ digital banking mobile application for business entities, it is necessary to have a mobile device with the operating system:

• Android: version 8.0 or higher
• iOS: version 11.0 or higher

To use the PBZ digital banking Internet application for business entities, it is necessary to have Internet access and use the following versions of the Internet browser:

• Google Chrome 80.0.3987 (or later)
• Mozilla Firefox 68.4 (or later),
• Safari 14 (or later)

In the domain of access and use of the PBZ digital banking internet application, the #withKEY authentication / authorization system is integrated into the mobile application of the service and is adapted to authenticate in the process of buying and paying at the online point of sale in the 3-D Secure model.

• simplicity - the application is fully adapted to the needs and requirements of business entities and end entities;
• availability - access to bank accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world where there is a device with internet access using a security device;
• favorable fees - fees for performing financial transactions are lower than fees in PBZ branches;
• financial control - the client has complete control over his bank accounts and regular payments at all times;
• application customization - the possibility of customizing the use of the application for each end user by determining the authorization and assignment of user rights;
• additional functionalities - digital banking satisfies everyday banking needs, with the service being continuously improved by introducing new functionalities that can achieve certain savings and benefits;
• highest security standards - the Bank applies the most modern technological and security solutions for the use of the service in order to ensure the safe and protected exchange of data between the User and the Bank.

The Service is accessed via the web address www.pbz.hr/mali-poduzetnici, and registration for the Service is enabled by using the #withKEY security device, which is integrated into the PBZ mobile banking application.

For contracting and using the PBZ digital banking service for business entities, the Bank calculates and charges a fee in accordance with the Decision on Fees for Business with Domestic and Foreign Business Entities, Individuals and Financial Institutions as defined in the General Terms and Conditions for Transaction Accounts. The fee is charged to the transaction account designated for the collection of the service usage fee specified in the Application for the Use of PBZ Digital Banking for Business Entities.

#withKEY - authentication and authorization system integrated into the PBZ mobile banking application for access and use of the Service.

After contracting the Service on the PBZ Sinergo desk, the End User downloads the PBZ Mobile Banking application and installs it on his mobile device, and the Bank delivers the Registration Code required to activate the PBZ Mobile Banking application: Identification code via SMS to the mobile phone number The User / End User submitted to the Bank for this purpose, and the Activation Code on the PBZ Sinergo desk.

If the installed PBZ mobile banking application is locked, deleted or the End User wants to install it on another mobile device instead of the existing one, a new Registration Code (Identification and Activation Code) is required to reactivate the application. New Registration Code for activating the PBZ Mobile Banking application The End User of the Service can request the PBZ Sinergo desk via the Request for re-issuance of the registration code for activating the PBZ Mobile Banking application for business entities - redistribution. Additionally, the app can be reactivated by clicking the "Are you already registered?" Action on the Register My Account screen, using the assigned User Number within the app and the defined Recovery Code that is set when the app is first activated.

The Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the User on the basis of which the Bank enables the use of the Service. The contract also defines the language of communication.

The request for use is an integral part of the Agreement and with this document the User:

• authorizes the End User to use the Service and grants and / or revokes the basic authorizations to the End User to access and use PBZ digital banking
• determines / changes the mobile phone number of the User / End User,
• defines the invoices for the calculation and collection of the monthly fee for the Service
• The User can request a change in the Service Limit and the PBZ Mobile Banking Application Limit via the Application for Use. If the required amount of the PBZ Mobile Banking Service Limit and / or Application Limit exceeds the amount of the limit initially defined by the Bank, the User fills in an additional document Statement and request to change the daily PBZ digital banking daily limit for business entities

Zahtjev za dodjelu korisničkih prava je sastavni dio Ugovora. Korisnik tim dokumentom, Krajnjem korisniku s dodijeljenim Ovlaštenjem Operater,  dodjeljuje Korisnička prava/ Transakcijske atribute po poslovnom području i po transakcijskim računima Korisnika.

Korisnik može više puta u tijeku trajanja Ugovora promijeniti dodijeljena Korisnička prava, i to svakom novom promjenom putem aplikacije PBZ Internetsko bankarstvo ili svakim novim podnošenjem Zahtjeva za dodjelu korisničkih prava.

Master - Authorization by which the End User is assigned all Transaction and Administrative attributes, ie all necessary authorizations to work in the Service, and at the same time may assign User Rights to all other End Users who have been granted the Operator's authorization.

Master admin - Authorization by which the End User has Administrative Attributes and may assign User Rights to all other End Users to whom the authorization has been granted.

Operator - Authorization by which the End User may have a combination of Transaction Attributes and for which the Person authorized to represent through the Request for Granting User Rights and / or Master / Master Admin grants User Rights for certain business areas through PBZ digital banking applications. The User has the possibility to assign User Rights for the Operator through PBZ digital banking applications for business entities, without submitting a Request for the allocation of user rights.

Funkcionalnosti za koje se trenutno mogu dodijeliti Korisnička prava: Plaćanja - kunsko terećenje, Plaćanja - devizno terećenje, Poslovanje riznice, Financiranje, Kartice i Oročenja.

Banka definira dvije vrste dnevnog limita na razini Usluge, a to su Limit usluge i Limit aplikacije PBZ mobilno bankarstvo. Limit Usluge predstavlja ukupan iznos s kojim Korisnik raspolaže na obje aplikacije- aplikacija PBZ mobilno bankarstvo i aplikacija PBZ internetsko bankarstvo te je veći ili jednak Limitu aplikacije PBZ mobilno bankarstvo. Limit aplikacije PBZ mobilno bankarstvo predstavlja ukupan iznos s kojim Korisnik raspolaže na aplikaciji PBZ mobilno bankarstvo.

Ako Korisnik nije zatražio promjenu dnevnog limita, vrijedit će limit definiran od strane Banke.

Promjenu limita do visine iznosa koji je Banka stavila kao definirani iznos dovoljno je zatražiti putem Zahtjeva za korištenje ili definirati novi iznos limita u aplikaciji u Postavkama, dok je za limite koji su veći od definiranih limita potrebno ispuniti Izjavu i zahtjev o promjeni dnevnog limita Usluge.

• #withSIGN certifikat za kvalificirani elektronički potpis
• #withMYBANKS usluga za povezivanje računa koji su otvoreni u drugim bankama
• ugovaranje proizvoda Financiranja (Online kredit i Online prekoračenje) i Oročenja
• upravljanje izvadcima
• upravljanje postavkama korisničkih prava za krajnje korisnike Operatere

#withSIGN je napredni elektronički potpis iste pravne vrijednosti kao i vlastoručni potpis. #withSIGN putem PBZ digitalnog bankarstva za poslovne subjekte omogućuje ugovaranje bankovnih i financijskih usluga i proizvoda elektroničkim potpisivanjem dokumenata.

U dijelu Faktura, neovisno o ugovorenom kanalu dostave faktura, sve fakture se mogu pregledati i preuzeti u Digitalnom bankarstvu.

U dijelu Izvadaka potrebno je ugovoriti novi izvadak s kanalom distribucije PBZ Digitalnim bankarstvom za pregled i preuzimanje u Digitalnom bankarstvu. U Digitalnom bankarstvu moguće je pregledati sve ugovorene distribucije, ukinuti ugovorene distribucije ili izmijeniti te ugovoriti nove distribucije na kanale e-mail ili PBZ Digitalno bankarstvo za poslovne subjekte.

Osim korištenja transakcijskog računa, digitalnog bankarstva i debitne poslovne kartice, u nove su pakete uključene i dodatne korisne pogodnosti, a to su, ovisno o vrsti paketa:

• polica osiguranja gubitka kartice
• polica osiguranja od nezgode
• polica osiguranja financijskoga gubitka u slučaju kibernapada na sustav PBZ digitalnog bankarstva na Vašemu mobilnom uređaju ili računalu
• polica dodatnoga zdravstvenog osiguranja
• popust na poslovne VISA Business kreditne kartice
• popust na naknadu za obradu zahtjeva za kredit
• popusti na proizvode PBZ Leasinga.

Ako se odlučite za neki od novih paketa, sve proizvode i pogodnosti unutar pojedinog paketa dobit ćete po cijenama koje su povoljnije nego kada se proizvodi ugovaraju pojedinačno.
