Privredna banka Zagreb is one of the founders and members of The Zagreb Stock Exchange. Brokerage office, as one of the leading brokers, offers clients agency services in trading securities listed on the abovementioned stock exchange, client representation and bidding at public auctions.

Since September 2004, we have enabled clients trade securities on foreign markets (NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, London SE, Xetra), in accordance with the legal provisions of the Republic of Croatia currently in full effect.

Privredna banka Zagreb has been also a member of the Central Depository & Clearing Company (depositary institution for securities and agency for set-off and settlement of transactions) since the Agency was founded in 1997, and has handled all transactions related to set-off and settlement for clients, i.e. transfer of ownership and assets resulting from the purchase or sale of securities. Also, for clients who do not have an account opened with the Central Depository & Clearing Company, upon an initial securities purchase, we open an account for holding securities for the client, free of charge.

The Zagreb Stock Exchange is open for trading every workday between 09:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. During this time, we are at your disposal for prompt realisation of your securities transaction orders, as well as providing accurate market information, offer and demand, and prices of all securities.

We offer two ways to trade on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. One is by the telephone and the other one is PBZ Investor (internet trading). Both services (PBZ Investor and trading by telephone) can be arranged at any branch of Privredna banka Zagreb.

Prior to placing an order for the purchase of securities, a deposit of funds to a special giro account intended for holding clients' funds for the purpose of trading on the stock exchange is required. Please note, for placing a deposit of funds through the PBZ branch network or PBZ365 Service, fees are not charged.
